Pricing questions
No. Pricing is flat per month regardless of barrel count, users or how many barrels change hands. We are software, not a marketplace, and we do not take a commission.
Data import from Whiskey Systems, Distill X5 or spreadsheets, reconciliation of counts with your team, document upload, role configuration and live training. Most distilleries are live within a few weeks of kickoff.
Onboarding is real work on both sides and the value shows up over aging cycles, not weeks. Annual terms let us price onboarding fairly and commit a named contact to your account.
Yes. Adding a module mid-term prorates the difference and the onboarding for that module.
